Section 1 Online Lecture Room

The instructor has already distributed her online web school address and ids and passwords to learners. The id of a learner has the form

where

instructor

is the instructor’s id and

student

is a unique identifier assigned to the learner. Once the learner opens the web school, he can see the list of the instructor’s groups.

Move around the pointer near the top of the web page, to make the login bar appear, where the learner can login with his id and password. Once successfully loggined, he can choose a lecture room or change his password. If the password is changed, no one knows the changed password except the learner himself. So please be careful to keep the password.

In the login bar, the learner choose one of the lecture rooms to enter and then he is moved to the first page of the textbook of the group associated with the room. To be connected with the instructor, the learner should be in any section of the textbook. Go to the section of today’s lesson through a chapter. Once in a section, learner’s control bar is shown near the bottom of the page. If the control bar is not there, check if a room is chosen in the login bar.

Click the connection button () on the control bar. If the button turns to white, then you are ready to be connected. If the instructor was already connected, then her screen would be immediately visible to the learner. If not, wait until the instructor is connected.
